Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality from kickoff to handover.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate day-to-day delivery.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Report progress and key decisions to clients and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• 7+ years managing construction projects
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills
